Shipping Guidelines and Information:
- Above All Advertising Inc. utilizes the services of UPS to handle their shipping. Products weighing over 150 lbs (68 kg) will be shipped with preferred freight carriers. Multiple products over a certain weight or dimension might be shipped freight.
Above All Advertising Inc. will ship all packages ground unless otherwise prearranged.
- Notify Above All Advertising of any damaged deliveries received immediately. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary which on average are 2-8 business days.
- Ground service is available only to addresses in the 48 continental states. Orders shipping outside the 48 continental states might require additional fees to be paid prior to shipping.
- All of our products are inspected and ship free of defects/damage. Customer is to count and inspect the package upon receipt. Any damage discovered must be documented on the bill of lading BEFORE the driver leaves. Any damage that was not noted at time of delivery, (concealed damage must be reported within (5) days of delivery. Any damage not reported within (5) days of delivery is subject to not being replaced.) For damaged shipments you must keep the original packaging as it might be required by the freight companies claim process.
Returns, Warranty, Cancellations
- Request for return must be made within (30) days of invoice date. Items must be returned in unopened original cartons and be in new condition as determined by Above All Advertising. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred in both directions. Custom, special orders and inflatable products are NOT returnable. Orders cannot be cancelled if manufacturing has already begun or has completed.
- All items other than blimps carry a (1) year manufactures defect warranty. Normal wear and tear, abuse, or neglect of the product is not a manufactures defect. Above All Advertising Inc. will at its discretion make repairs or replace defective items in a timely manner.
- Returns will not be accepted without a prior authorization, please call. Any items shipped back to us without prior approval will be refused at the dock and/or sent back to you. A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returned merchandise.
- The value of the exchange or returned product will be determined by Above All Advertising. (Exchanges/Returns will be given credit and no cash will be disbursed.)
